Belogorsk regional organization "Fund of communities"

The problem of development of condominiums is actual one in Crimea. It’s obvious that civic society organizations have to give necessary help for condominiums at this stage.

Belogorsk regional NGO "Fund of communities” has become a partner of NGO "Crimean center of legal initiative”. Now the Crimean center of legal is implemented the project to promote the rights of land ownership for condominiums and housing cooperatives in Simferopol. Belogorsk regional NGO "Fund of communities” will give necessary volunteer’s help for effective project’s realization.

 Reference: The common properties of condominium are all elements of property that fall within common use: land plot under the house (houses); walls, roofs, indoor and outdoor engineering equipment and systems, which service several apartments (premises); adjacent land plots within the established borders with landscaping; other objects, which are designed for maintenance of condominium’s real estate. According to the law, apartments and nonliving premises that fall within private, state, or municipal ownership, as well as common property and building extensions, pavements, roads and parking lots, perennial plantations, and other objects” were  also to make part of condominium, if they were located on the adjacent territories within the established borders.

ГО «Кримський Центр правової ініціативи» реалізує проект "Сприяння реалізації прав власності на землю об'єднань співвласників багатоквартирних будинків (ОСББ), житлових кооперативів (ЖК) і житлово-будівельних кооперативів (ЖБК) в м. Сімферополь».

Сімферополь»  реалізується в рамках конкурсу грантів Дніпропетровської міської громадської організації „Жіночий інформаційно-координаційний центр"

за фінансової підтримки Європейського Союзу".
